MALog Workshop
Project summary
Mathematical logic develops the kind of thinking that is needed by the future planners of technical devices in order to have end-user friendly, logical technical applications. This creates an urgent need for workers with mathematical logic skills in European enterprises. The aim of this project is to provide high quality learning materials to help students and employees develop their expertise in mathematical logic.
Learning Material Description
Pedagogically high-quality learning material units on mathematical logic and applied logic will be produced. Learning material units will contain ontology data, learning goals, prerequisites and the different scenarios with the learning materials for different target groups. All the learning materials will be produced in English and translated into Finnish, Romanian, German and French, as these are the languages of the project consortium backed up with EU working languages.
Invitation to Join the Work
Institutions from all over the world are invited to join the project to discuss, share and improve pedagogical insights and best practices in the teaching of mathematical logic. These ideas are the key source for the material development. When functional, the network will be a valuable resource and breeding ground for new innovations and international projects in the field of mathematical logic.
